V/R: WE’RE PREPARED FOR THE BECE EXAMS—Dr. Yeboah

The Ho Municipal Education Director, Dr. Esther Yeboah Adzimah, has indicated that the Ho Education Directorate has implemented measures to ensure the smooth execution of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E), commencing today.
According to her, the Ho Municipality comprises 110 schools participating in the B.E.C.E. exams this year, consisting of 76 public schools and 34 private schools. She noted that 117 invigilators have been employed to supervise and monitor the examination process.
In an interview with DL FM’S Volta Regional Correspondent, Wisdom Sedoameda, the education director advised students against examination malpractices, emphasizing that they contravene regulations set to govern the exercise.
She recommended that students carefully read the examination instructions and avoid fear.
Dr. Yeboah emphasized that approximately four pregnant female students from various schools and six inmates from the Ho Central Prison are sitting for the exams
