Shatta Wale claims that the murder of one Fenick was plotted by his (later) men and his former manager, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bullgod.

His most recent admissions have revived the murder investigation against Fennec Okyere, the late manager of the musician Kwaw Kese, who passed away on March 13, 2014, after an armed intruder shot him dead at his home.

Fennec’s murder is still unsolved eight years after the incident.

In February 2018, Bullgod, who had been detained in relation to Fennec’s killing, was found not guilty and released.

Bullgod’s former employee Shatta Wale said in a Facebook post on November 2, 2022, that the artist management had arranged the murder of a man named “Fenick.”

“Bull Dog since u r bringing out secrets. You will tell Ghanaians. What happen to Fenicks Murder !! And I am not joking about this time!! Bullgod’s Wednesday morning leak of the list of collaborations on the dancehall musician’s Gift Of God album led to Shatta Wale’s accusation.

According to Bullgod, Shatta Wale has a song with American singer-songwriter John Legend, dancehall legends Vybz Kartel and Popcaan, and Stefflon Don.

In the past few months, Shatta Wale and Bullgod, formerly known as Bulldog, have not had a good relationship. The dancehall musician’s manager revealed he was no longer working with him. The two have been at each other’s throats on social media ever since they made that declaration.
