Black Sherif wins injunction case against former manager

Black Sherif’s former manager filed an injunction lawsuit against him, which the Accra High Court dismissed.

The “Kweku The Traveller” hitmaker’s former manager asked the court to prevent Black Sherif from performing songs that he churched out while under his record label’s contract.

After Black Sherif abruptly left his record label on April 11th, Shadrach Agyei Owusu filed a lawsuit against him for breach of contract.

The singer was then barred from using his gifts or performing older songs until the dispute was settled and a verdict was rendered when he launched a lawsuit against him.

The former manager of Black Sherif asked the court to halt Black Sherif’s streaming and appearances among other things. Because the singer had shot him in the foot, he wailed.

The group representing Black Sherif, under the direction of Samson Lardy Anyenini, opposed the motion by submitting a defense and counterclaim.

Ghana Weekend reports that the judge determined today that the Plaintiff had not made a strong enough argument to support the injunction and related remedies requested by the court.

Justice Sarpomaa Amoah claims that the defendant will experience severe unfairness if the application is allowed.
