GoldBod Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sammy Gyamfi, has described former Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin as a “bitter friend” who is merely seeking his attention.
According to Mr. Gyamfi, he has no interest in engaging the Effutu Member of Parliament and will not be drawn into what he considers attempts to provoke him.
“Afenyo-Markin is a bitter friend. He’s just looking for my attention, but he won’t get it,” Sammy Gyamfi said.
His comments come amid growing exchanges between the two political figures, with Afenyo-Markin raising concerns and making public comments that have attracted responses from the GoldBod CEO.
Mr. Gyamfi, however, appears determined to avoid being drawn into what he described as unnecessary exchanges, insisting that he will remain focused on his responsibilities at GoldBod.
