Lasmid Rapper and singer-songwriter Nathaniel Owusu, popularly known as Lasmid, has disclosed that becoming an independent musician had advanced his career significantly.
Speaking to Nana Romeo on Ayekoo Ayekoo at Accra 100.5 FM on July 27, 2023, he addressed accusations of ingratitude with unwavering composure.
Lasmid responded by saying that he sees criticism as a natural part of life, noting that receiving criticism means one is accomplishing something significant. In order to dispel any misunderstandings about his character, he made it plain that he does not consider himself to be an unkind person.
Lasmid made a suggestion that he will address the issue when the time comes regarding his relationship with sound engineer, music executive, and creator of Highly Spiritual Music Kaywa.
When asked about his relationship with Highly Spiritual, Lasmid acknowledged that he had ended things with the record company. He replied honestly, acknowledging,“Oh, since the boss has said so, it’s real,” leaving no room for ambiguity.
