A Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ernest Kofi Owusu-Bempah Bonsu has said that the flagbearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will win the election and be sworn into office.
He assures that there will be no mayhem in the country because perpetrators of the chaos will be met with brute force.
He served notice to the Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mustapha Gbande not to attempt any move to cause mayhem during the elections.
He says the NDC will be met squarely if they attempt to cause mayhem during or after the elections.
“I am serving this caution to the NDC that they should not think they are men than anyone, they will be met with brute force if they attempt any such move to cause chaos,” he said,
He added “Dr Bawumia will be elected president of Ghana and sworn in on January 7th 2025, no one should try any move to cause mayhem.
“I hear Mustapha Gbande saying he will arrest Chairman Wontumi, that is useless talk. He met me in Assin North and shivered like nobody’s business. Let him dare any move and he will see,” Owusu-Bempah told journalists.
