Mohammed Ismail Sheriff, better known as the Ghanaian rapper Black Sherif, has received his second BET nomination.
Black Sherif has been nominated in the Best International Flow category at the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards.
For the prize, Black Sherif will go up against nine other rappers. Three of his rivals are African: Sampa The Great from Zimbabwe, Aka and K.O from South Africa.
The other candidates are Major Rd (Brazil), Ninho (France), Tasha & Tracie (Brazil), Central Cee (UK), Gazo (France), and J Hus (UK).
The show will be filmed on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in Atlanta.
