Togbega Kadzi Zogah II, the Paramount Chief of Sokpoe and President of the Sokpoe Traditional Council, has pledged to bring transformative change to his Traditional Area.
At the heart of his vision is promoting peace and stability in Sokpoe, a goal he aims to achieve through resolving long-standing chieftaincy disputes.
During his induction ceremony into the Volta Regional House of Chiefs (VRHC) in Ho, Togbega Zogah emphasized the importance of cooperation among traditional leaders, government agencies, and community members to achieve common objectives.
He expressed gratitude to the government for establishing the Sokpoe Traditional Council, which has boosted development efforts, and commended the VRHC leadership for addressing regional chieftaincy issues.
Togbega Zogah recognizes that peace and stability are essential for driving progress in Sokpoe.
He plans to leverage his membership in the VRHC to resolve disputes, promote infrastructure development, education, and healthcare initiatives.
He disclosed to Shinemegh.com that he would work together with all traditional leaders in the area and his subjects to preserve Sokpoe’s rich cultural heritage to empower local economic growth through innovative initiatives.
