They insulted me for saying what Kennedy Agyapong, other NPP aspirants are saying – Johnnie Hughes
TV3’s Journalist, Johnnie has fumed at the personal attacks he endured for saying the very thing the NPP aspirants, including Kennedy Agyapong are preaching on the campaign.
“the point is, when we talk, don’t put us in a certain box and political clothing, because the reality, after two, three years, is hitting you in the face. The things that I said that I was insulted for ‘he has gone to collect $40,000, he smokes weed before he comes to say it, he has fathered a baby that he has rejected, by young people just about my age”.
He was disappointed young people with a lot to lose would do the bidding of the old people who have lived a full life
“Young people who have a lot at stake, the old people who lead you to say those things have nothing to lose. Some are 70 years, others are 80”
Kennedy Agyapong made news over the weekend for shredding into pieces Dr. Bawumia’s record as a strategist and an economist. He touted his experience as an entrepreneur who has employed over 7,000 people unlike Bawumia whose ‘domestic staff’ are even paid for by the state.
Johnnie made the comment on 3fm’s sunrise.
