Kwasi Amoako-Attah, the Minister of Roads and Highways, has claimed that his ministry is full of crooks and criminals.
The Minister, who was obviously upset, claimed that when corrupt individuals are fired and replaced, the new hires are worse than the outgoing individuals.
Mr Amoako-Atta made the remarks during an inspection tour of the ongoing VALCO roundabout to Kpone road reconstruction project on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
