NDC PC Calls for Unity Ahead of Upcoming General Elections
Mr Maxwell Kwame Lukutor, the Parliamentary Candidate (PC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the South Tongu constituency has called on party members to unite and push the party’s agenda towards winning the upcoming general elections this year.
He disclosed this during an engagement with the party’s serial callers in Sogakope.
Mr Lukutor stated that it was necessary for the party members to ensure peaceful cohesion to enhance the party’s chances of success in the forthcoming elections.
“I urge everyone to set aside individual differences and work together towards the goal to taking back power this year,” he reiterated.
The PC also told the serial callers to foster a sense of togetherness and shared purpose to can build a formidable coalition capable of facing and preempting any activity that stands against electoral processes.
Mr Lukutor mentioned that both the National and Regional Executives of the NDC Party are poised to developing the country and all members must oblige to same with a spirit of unity.
He admonished that grievances among party members be channeled to the relevant authorities to ensure the peaceful coexistence needed to win the general elections.
Mr Okudzeto Ablakwa, Mr Alexander Roosevelt Hotordze and Madam Dzifa Abla Gomashie, Members of Parliament for North Tongu, South Tongu and Ketu South constituencies respectively, reiterated that the party members join forces to harness their strength and energy to put the Party in a compelling choice for voters in the upcoming elections.
Representatives from the Party’s Regional Office led by Mr James Gunu, the Regional Secretary of the NDC, Party members from South, Central, and North Tongu districts, as well as Akatsi South, Akatsi North, Anlo, Keta, Ketu South, and Ketu North municipalities were present.
