The wife of a Ghanaian businessman accused of attempting to sacrifice his own daughter for financial gain has spoken out about her husband’s illegal behavior.
According to Madam Evelyn Kemeh, her daughter spoke about the possibility that her father would use her for money ritual (sikaduro).
Madam Evelyn, the girl’s mother, joked in an interview with Ghana Television that her father would sacrifice her for money after he made an unusual phone call to them, asking for permission to take his daughter out of school.
When she told her daughter about her father’s request and other strange statements, the child reacted by claiming her father might use her for sikaduro, she added.
She made the discovery after a video of a traditional herbalist accusing a man of plotting to kill her child for a money ritual leaked on social media on Friday.
