Former finance minister, Ken Ofori Attah has dragged the office of the special prosecutor and its leader, Kissi Agyebeng to court.
This comes after the former finance minister was declared wanted.
In a new development, Ken Ofori Attah has resorted to the court to ensure his hard-earned reputation is not marred.
In a post sighted by Gh Page, the former finance minister believes he was unlawfully declared wanted and has, hence, run to the court to seek justice.
