I’ll Never Show My Skin To Stay Relevant In The Music Industry – Adina
Adina Thembi, the well-known Ghanaian singer and composer, is adamant that she will never promote her songs through sex.
In the entertainment sector, she thinks that upholding morality may be just as effective in attracting customers and attention.
Adina emphasised that she will not renounce her beliefs in order to gain popularity when expressing her viewpoint in an interview with Graphic Showbiz.
In order to garner attention and stay relevant, she will rely more on her talent and values than on flashing skin, she continued.
“I won’t give in to immoral behaviour in an effort to garner attention or maintain my relevance in the field. As a decision I am glad to make, decency sells as well, she remarked.
She added that her brand is based on the values and image she now projects and that she is committed to projecting decency and real self-expression because of her background and conviction in the power of personal branding.
“I am not under any pressure to uphold any unethical standards in order to market my trade. It is a personal choice, and my training even forbids it.
“People want to project a specific image, and when they think about branding and building a following, they tend to follow the trends that are popular with everyone, such as what we see on our screens. What you are seeing right now is mine. Adina said, “I tried mine, and it’s working for me.
