The father of the late Ebony, Mr. Opoku Kwarteng has refuted claims by rapper Pope Skinny that his daughter was a lesbian.
In an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus 101.9FM, Mr. Kwarteng disclosed that he was hurt hearing such words from Pope Skinny.
According to him, “Ebony was never a lesbian” and that Pope Skinny must apologize to Ghanaians or be ready to face his wrath.
“Ebony is dead and gone and must be allowed to rest in peace,” he said.
Dancehall Queen Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, known as Ebony Reigns passed on in a gory accident at Mankranso in the Ashanti Region on 8th February 2018.
Pope Skinny’s claim on the back of the recent debate on whether to give rights to the LGBTQ+ community in Ghana and the admission by some showbiz personalities that they are gay.
