A man identified only as Edem has been found hanging at Kenkey Factory a suburb of New Juaben South in the Eastern Region.
The incident occurred Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
Witness Narrates: “This morning while returning home after I went to look for a carpenter I was expecting to come to my house to work, I saw a white object in some banana farm. I gazed at the object well and noticed it is a human being. I made a few steps closer which I saw that the person has hanged himself so I went to tell my father and we both rushed to the police station to inform them.so the Police came to take the body. The person is not known in this area,” Yaw Atimla a witness told mybrytfmonline.com.
The cause of his action has not been clearly established but a man who claims to know him told mybrytfmonline on condition of anonymity that the deceasedd might ended his life over coronav!rus.
When probed further he refused given details.
Meanwhile, according to sources of information gathered by mybrytfmonline.com, the incident has nothing to do with Cov!d-19.
The sources further explained that, before the death of the deceasedd, he was showing strange behavior and was extremely reticent.
The body of the deceasedd has since been retrieved and deposited at the morguee.
