No matter how chaste one is, the view of her alters when she enrols in nursing or midwifery school.
The typical Ghanaian female nursing student is curvy and lovely. Being gorgeous with curves attracts guys like flies.
The gorgeous student nurses surrounded by males gave the impression they were promiscuous.
A popular tweet by Twitter personality Kay Poison has contributed to this misconception. In that message, he added, “If you want serenity in your life, don’t date a lovely Ghanaian nurse.”
It doesn’t matter whether this is true or not. How can Ghanaian nurses eliminate this stereotyping?
