Former BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood accused of chopping a 14-year-old girl
A lady has accused DJ Tim Westwood of having sekz with her when she was 14 years old, and she is making accusations against him.
The 64-year-old former Radio 1 DJ, according to the lady, referred to him as a “predator” when he was in his 30s.
Following a BBC News and Guardian investigation into accusations of misconduct and abuse spanning the years 1990 to 2020, the woman is one of several who have come forward.
In the United Kingdom, having sex with a 14-year-old is illegal.

One of the women who has accused the radio host says she first had s3.kx with him when she was 14 years old. Another claims he began what she characterizes as a “controlling” relationship with her when he was 16 years old.
One lady, who was 20 at the time, alleges that he sezxually attacked her by forcing his per.n1s into her mouth as she resisted.
According to their stories, Mr. Westwood sekxzually abused two additional ladies when they were in their mid-teens.
Westwood has been contacted by Mirror Online for comment.
In April, three women accused the DJ of being s3.zxually opportunistic and predatory, and four more said he had touched them inappropriately when they were at events.

Tim Westwood at the time firmly denied all claims of inappropriate behavior, saying, “Tim Westwood strongly denies all allegations of inappropriate behavior.”
There have never been any formal or informal complaints lodged against him throughout his 40-year career.
Tim Westwood emphatically rejects any and all misconduct claims.
Director General of the BBC Tim Davie called the charges against the DJ “shocking” at the time they were made.
He said that the allegations made by the ladies are “strong and horrible,” but claimed to have found “no evidence of complaints” during the DJ’s tenure at the company.
