I Love My Mom And I Will Not Disrespect Her In Public– Becca

After heavy backlash on the mother of celebrated highlife singer’s Becca in the media by some angry Ghanaians and fans of the popular musician, Becca has finally and officially break silence on the matter.

Becca Mother

Becca’s mother was criticized the past seven days after a video of her in an interview with Chris Vincent throwing tantrums about the whole Becca’s marriage with Nigerian music producer and businessman Daniel Oluwa Tobi Sanni.

According to Becca’s mother, she was not treated like a mother when her daughter was getting married as she was relegated to the background.

She stated shockingly that Tobi, her son-in-law had accused her of being a witch and claimed that the Nigerian man is disrespectful and unworthy of her daughter’s hand.

Becca who many have craved for her response to this issue made a resounding reaction in an exclusive interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM.

When she was asked about what the truth about the whole fracas is, she opted not to speak on the issue on the basis of putting out family matters into the public domain.

“The woman in question is my mother and I will never under any circumstances sit on any platform to talk about my mother; I love my mother so much” Becca declined.

Becca reiterated that it is very inappropriate in the first place to have a discussion about her mother.

Adding to this, she cautioned critics to desist trolling her mother because it is a family matter and will be addressed in the confines of the family system.

According to the ‘Daa ke Daa’ hitmaker, everything happens in life for a reason and believed God knows why this is happening now considering the fact that she has a new song out ‘Driving License’ which she is promoting now.

Becca hinted that her mother’s action was a mistake and to respond to this in the media or the public domain will not make things right.

“It’s unfortunate that this has come out in the first place because it should not have come out at all but when mistakes are done you don’t top it up with another mistake that is why I’m not going to open my mouth to talk about it”. She explained.
